Indianapolis, IN – Repro Graphix owners, Brian and Jill Hall, announce that daughter, Caroline Hall, has joined their team in a Business Development and Marketing capacity. Caroline plans to help grow her family’s local printing business through her new role and is excited for what the future holds,
“The printing industry is rapidly evolving, yet Repro Graphix has kept up with the ever-changing technology and is constantly adding new products and services. I am very proud and excited to be working with such an innovative company. The sky is the limit here – you dream it, and we will find a way to bring your ideas to life!”
Jill Hall, President, says she is happy Caroline decided to come on board,
“Caroline was always so passionate about the business that she spent her High School and College summers working with us at Repro Graphix. We are thrilled that she has joined the family business in a full-time professional role. Her dynamic enthusiasm for the industry as a whole will not only bring value to Repro Graphix, but to our clients!”
After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with focuses in Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Nonprofit Management, Caroline moved back to Indianapolis to work with the Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR), Indiana Subcontractors Association (ISA), and Indiana Water Environment Association (IWEA) through the Mattison Corporation. Caroline’s experience with these organizations has given her the opportunity to build relationships with many professionals in the AEC community and understand their businesses.
“It’s any small business owner’s dream to have their child join the family business…. now that dream has become a reality,” says owner Brian Hall.
